ABOUT US

Our Commitment To Excellence

Our mission goes beyond winning. We're committed to developing athletes holistically—as both competitors and individuals—through long-term athletic and character development.

We build character first, then athleticism from the ground up. Our program emphasizes integrity, perseverance, respect, and teamwork alongside wrestling techniques, prioritizing foundational body control so kids can safely and confidently execute moves.

Who is wrestling for? EVERYBODY!!!

We strive to provide a safe, inclusive environment where every person, regardless of skill level, gender, race, ethnic background, religious beliefs, sexual preferences, or physical abilities, will be accepted and appreciated. Wrestling is fun, but it is also a difficult sport; any person willing to come to practice and do the work will earn, and be shown, the proper respect. We are excited to welcome all to our community.
Why wrestle?
  • Wrestling is an inclusive sport for kids of all heights, weights, abilities, and genders.
  • Develops a variety of body skills like agility, strength, and endurance
  • Provides kids with weekly exercise, with 2-3 practices per week, and a full-body workout, as wrestling requires the use all muscle groups
  • Develops Self-Confidence - wrestlers develop a belief in themselves through small and large successes
  • Develops Personal Responsibility - wrestlers must accept responsibility for their training, scoring and winning and losing
  • Team scoring relies on each individual to do their best for team victories
  • Develops Mental Toughness
